A short walk from Central Station.

Suite 523/368 Sussex Street, Sydney, NSW 2000
Minutes from Town Hall Station.

How do I make a booking?

1. Click on the Make a Booking link and create an account using our easy online booking system. 
2. Buy credit from the Store.
3. Select the location, date, and time for your booking, and receive instant confirmation

How do I buy credit from the store?

3. Click into Quantity:
 
4. Change Quantity to desired amount (for example $25) and click Continue:
 
5. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase credit. Click on Pay with a Card:

What are the open hours?

Bookings are available 7 days a week, 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. For bookings outside public access hours, a FOB is provided for entry.

Public Access Hours:
Elizabeth Street, Surry Hills: Open to the public Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 6:30 PM.
Sussex Street, Sydney: Open to the public Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

How do I gain access to the rooms?

Both of our rooms are equipped with keyless locks. After your first booking, we will email you the access code for the selected location.

Question 7

Can you explain your cancellation policy in a bit more detail?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel your booking up to 6 hours before the start time and will automatically receive credit back into your account.

Example:
If you have a booking at 3 pm and your client cancels in the morning, you can cancel your booking by 9 am to receive a credit.

Can I see the spaces before booking?

Yes, please send a message  to organise a time to view either or both rooms.

Is there parking?

Accepted Answer

There is no allocated parking on-site. However:
For the Surry Hills location, street parking is typically available, and Brumby Street is a reliable choice.
For the Sydney CBD location, parking garages are conveniently located nearby, with the Cinema Centre Car Park just a few minutes’ walk away at 306 Sussex Street, Sydney, NSW 2000.
